VSI6X Sand Making Machine working principle

The motor of the VSI6X sand making machine drives the main shaft of the bearing cylinder to rotate at high speed. At the same time, the rotor rotates with the main shaft at high speed. The materials entering the impeller are accelerated by the impeller and sprayed into the crushing cavity. After grinding, the materials obtained by accelerating the kinetic energy into materials for crushing or shaping are accelerated. The materials that are circulated multiple times in the crushing cavity undergo multiple crushing and shaping under the action of the surrounding gas vortex, so as to achieve continuous crushing and shaping of the materials. The lower part of the body is discharged to form the required finished materials. This crushing method is "stone-on-rock". In addition, this equipment is also equipped with a "stone-on-iron" crushing method. Unlike the stone-on-rock, the material is ejected from the rotor and installed in the crushing chamber. The impact block impacts, and the energy obtained by accelerating the material is converted into the energy required for collision with the impact block. After the impact, the material is directly discharged from the lower part of the body, and multiple cycles of crushing in the crushing cavity cannot be achieved. This crushing method is mainly applicable to crushing Main (for the purpose of providing a large crushing ratio) workplace.
